Mr. Gould moved an amendment to Mr. Braia's resolution to the effect that from and after the 1st, day of January, 1933, each director other than the Managing Director shall be paid by way of remuneration for his services at the rate of $2,000 per anum, and such remuneration shall be deemed to accrue de die in diem and shall be payable by half yearly in- stalments.
In moving the amendment, Mr. Gould said that ho would like to know whether it was the intention to in- erense the number of directors.
The Chairman said that for the present they had no intention of doing so, but he could not vouch for the futuro.
Mr. K. Stuart Smith seconded Mr. Gould's amendment.
