The final of the Chinese open tennis doublen championship took place yesterday afternoon at the China National Amateur Athletle Foderation. C. D. Kuo and Y. Y. Kna, winners of the 1981 title. were dethroned by two youthful college players, ). K. Yui and Guy Chen, who won in straight sets at 7-5, 6-0 and 6-3, Yati was The 1936 Shanghai junior cham- pfon and is ut present a student at the University of Shanghai, while Chen reached the fund of last year's hard-court tournameni at the French Club and was beaten by W. A. 1. P. He is new studying at St. John's Uni- versity.
