FORMER SUBORDINATE OF GEN. CHAN KWANG-MING

A former subordinate of General Chan Kwing-ming, who held the post of battalion commander during the regime of the famous general, was again before Mr. Schofield at the Central Police Court yesterday afternoon, when the oxtradition proceedings in connexion with two outrages in Chinese territory were continued.

Mr. R. E. Lindsell (Assistant Attorney General) is appearing for the Crown, and Mr. Hin-ahing Lo Is representing the fugitive.
