The Government has decided to withdraw all troops from Shang- hai within a month-Reuter.

Japan's Position.

Tokyo, May 11. The Foreign Offes spokesman disclosed that the Cabinet at yes- terday's session decided to with- draw the entire expeditionary force from Shanghai within month.
