PLEA FOR CO-OPERATION AT ANNUAL MEETING.
An appeal for better co-opera- tion between the members and the committee was made by Mr. K. C. Lam. who presided at the annual general meeting of the Hongkong University Medical Faculty held In the Union Assembly Room yes- terday afternoon. The chairman was supported by Mr. T. W. Goh (Hon. Secretary) and Prof. L. T. Rido (Hon. Treasurer).

He said that he sidered Mr. Gibson's plan to be the best means of abolishing ex- plosive and powerful armaments. Abolition of armaments of a de- cidedly aggressive nature would lead to a considerable reduction in war budgets.
