ITALY.

Geneva, Apr. 13.

A clean sweep of heavy artillery, tanks, bombing aeroplanes, battle- ships, submarines. neroplane carriers and bacteriological war- fare, was advocated hy Signor Grandi to-day at the Disarmament Conference.

Ile declared that deprivation of armies, navies and alr forces of their must powerful arms would make international
