London, Mar. 29. Discussions are proceeding ra- garding the methods of approach ing the Danubian problem and it has been decided to arrange for a conference of the four great Powers, to be followed by a con- ference of the Danubian States.

The object of the Four-Power Conference would be to lay down the general guiding principles which would assist the conference of Danubian States to arrive at Home scheme of federation.
