NOTICE I HEREBY GIVEN that the General Managers have (with the sanction of the Con sulting Committee of this Coni- pany obtained at a Meeting of auch Committee held here on the 14th day of Mareli 1932), made a Call of $50 per share in respect of the monies unpaid on the shares hold by the Shareholdera and that such Call should be pald on Wednesday, the 30th day of Marchi, 1932, to the General Managers at the Offres of the Company.
That the General Managers havo (with the "like sanction of
the Consulting Committee) deter mined to employ the sum of $400,- 000 part of the Reserve Fund of the Company in paying a Special Dividend of $50 per share on the shares of the Company held by the Shareholders and that much Special Dividend shall be payable: on the 30th day of March, 1932.
Warrants for the Special Dividend can be obtained on ap- plication to the General Managers at the Offices of the Company.
Should any Shareholder fail to pay the amount of the said Call on the 30th day of March, 1932, the General Managers will on the let day of March, 1932, apply the amount of the above mentioned Special Dividend due to him in payment and satisfaction of the said Call,
