THE TRUSTEES

A Trust Agreement covering a period of 25 years with option of renewal has been entered into between the Soviets International de Placements and the Union Bank of Switzerland, ander which the Unton Bank of Switzerland acts as Trustees for the holders of certificates.

VALUE OF UNIT AND METHOD OF ISSUE OF LID. CERTIFICATES

At the present time the value of the onit, together with necrued dividends, etc., amounts to approximately 23,000.

Each unit is divided into one thousand sub-unite. Ure the Jasis of a value of £3,000 for one unit the value of the sub-unit would be . For these sub-unita vertificates are issued in denominations of 5, 10, 25, 100 and 1.000. Certificates are only issued when the unit of stocks and shures, as set out above, has been deposited with the Trustees for safe custody, Pending receipt of the certificates, the accredited Inea? agents of the Societe Internationale de Placements will obtain and hand over to clients temporary receipts, which will be issued by the Thongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, and which will be exchanged for the certificates upon their arrival.

Apart from the dealings in Switzerland which are recorded daily in the London financial newspapers, L.I.D. Certificates are officially quoted' or the Amsterdam Stock Exhange. Daily quotations are received by local agents in Hong Kong.
