TUNG WAB HOSPITAL TO MAKE NEW APPEAL.
With a view to raising further sume for the Shanghai reljef fund Mr. Chan Lim-pak, the Chairman of the Tung Wah Hospital, gave an address in Chinese over the radio inst evening and described how the money collected from Hongkong residents and firms had been distributed in Shanghai
It is understood that a far $326,000 has been received by the Tang Wah Hospital, of which $260,000 has been remitted to the Cantoneae Club or Kwong Shiu Kung Sor In Shanghai for distri bution among Chinese in distress in the devastated areas.
