CLUB MEETING.

The nnual general meeting of the Ladies Recreation Club was held in the Helenn May Institute on February 25. Mrs. R. E. Tottenham was in the chair and there were present all the members of the Committee and several other, ladies.

The annual report and accounts for 1931, which were presented, stated that 69 new members had joined during the year while there had been 102 resignations, the total membership at the end of Decem- ber 1931 being 301 of whom 83 were absent.
