In asking the Hon. Dr. Kotewall to report on the history of the new college building I would like to take this opportunity of anying

how much we owe to him. For the past ten yours he has taken an active interest in the welfare of the school. In 1923 he became Chairman of the Building Com- mitter, and he has been Vice- Chairman of the College Council since 1927. He has been a driv. ing force in the Building Commit- tee, and by his untiring efforts. has contributed ant a little to the success so far achieved. I know that Miss Woo has always found Dr. Kotewall ready to answer any call made upon his time even when he has been most busy over public affairs.

I am not going to attempt to say how much this school owes to Min Woo a Dr. Kotowall will do this, but we all know that if St had not been for what, she has done we should not be keeping thin thanksgiving Social to-day.
