The House of Commons to-night rejected by 438 votes to 89, a Labour vote of censure on the Government for dropping the prin- ciple of Cabinet responsibility (n reference to the tariff disagree- ment in the Cabinet), for falling to rical with the poverty of the people and for initiating "n reign of ter- ror in India."
