SERVICES BILLIARDS.

THE NG LE HWING CUP COMPETITION.

II.M.S. Serapis met the RA.M.C. In tha sixth match of the first round of; the Services billiards tournament for the Ng Sze-kwong challenge cups at the Sallors and Soldiers Home Inst evening, and won handsomely by four gaines to one.

P. O. Hiscock played a fine game and made several good breaks, ono, of 20 giving him a good lead on bla opponent Sergeant Tidd.

Wax

The most enjoyable game to watch: perhaps

that between C.P.O. Welch and Corporal Javies. For four-fths of the game. the scores were pracenily equal, and it was only n fortunate ten on his last visit) to the table that gave Welch the victory, leaving his opponent just ten behind.

One of the most pleasing features of thin

tournament is the fine sporting spirit in which the matches are being played, nad it in encouraging to find the support the games are receiving from the ships and units from which the teams are drawn.

The results of lunt night's games are as follow!
