Following the plays, all present adjourned to the School Hall which had been decked out in Christmas fashion, with fairy | lights and coloured bunting strik- ing a pronounced note of festivity, The mujority of the children were in fancy dress costumes, and with many pretty and original examples the work of judging the two bent in the parade which fol- lowed was rendered an extremely dificult one. Eventually, the de- cision went to Philip Egan (dress- ed as a cigarette) l Marjorie. shelley (as a basket of flowers) us possessing the most original cos-| P tumes, They were awarded the Headmaster's prizes.
Games and dancing added to the merriment, and a Ured hut very happy gathering at the close cheered the Headmaster and his wife for their kindly interest
