The circumstances attending the grounding of the .s. Prenorula off the coast of North Borneo on November 18th, last, were describ ed at a Court of Inquiry held at the Harbour Ofce this morning, when Captain W. Fretwell, master of The boat, recounted how the ship grounded without warning stu spot which the chart showed to have five to five and a half fathoms of water.
