FUNERAL AT HAPPY VALLEY YESTERDAY.
There was a large gathering at the funeral of the lato Mr. Charles William Ward, which took place la the Colonial Cemetery Inst even- Ing. The service was performed by the Rev. G. T. Waldegrave. The chief mourners wore Messrs. F., J., and A. Ward (sons), Bernado (grandson). and Rozario (grandson).

News has just been received from Home, of the death of another old Chinn band, Mr. Harold William Daldy, of Mountfold, West Moors, Dorset, which occurred at Guy's Hospital on October 30.
