LOST AT SEA.

DEATH OF CHINESE PRESUMED.

A LONG SILENCE.

The disappearance at sou of a Chinese emigrant when returning to Chinn last April resulted in an application being made to the Chief Justler (Sir Joseph Keňip) in the Supreme Court, this morning. for leave to presume death apply for letters of administration to the estate. Both apallentions were granted.
