It is proposed to continue the business without break or interruption, retaining the services of the present Managing Partner, Mr. L. Dowdail, the Agronomist, Mr. J. Watson and the staff who have largely contributed to the success of the business.

The Managing Partner of the firm, Mr. L. Dowdall, will act Managing Director of the Company, it is hoped for a long period, and white so beting will retain an interest of at least 500 shares ($3,000) in the capital of the Company.
