FORGED NOTE CASE.

There was n dramatic Ingident at the Kowloon Magistracy this morning when a woman, Tam See, was charged, before Mr. Fraser. with being In possession of forged $10 Chartered Bank nute, and with uttering a $10 Chartered Bank note, knowing it to be forge

ed.
