THE FIFTIETH ANNUAL MEETING.
Members of the Hongkong St. Andrew's Soclety assembled at the City Hall Inst evening for the 60tn annual general meeting, when the annual report and statement accounts, for the year ending | August 31, were presented, and office benrera elected for the com ing year.
Owing to the absence on leave of the President, Mr. T. H. R. Shaw, the lion. Mr. J. J. Patemon, Vice-President, was chairman. In moving the adoption of the report the said that the balance could be considered most satisfactory, and that last year's ball had been a record. The report was adopted.
