ANOTHER shocking British naval tragedy-the second reported from the Yangtze Patrol this week-occurred at Kiukiang yesterday; when Surgeon Lieutenant H. Lee-Duncan, M.B., B.Ch. was drowned in the swirling flood waters.

Surg. Lieut. Lee-Duncan was serving aboard H.M.S. Mantis, one of the Yangtsze gunboats, and was returning to his ship last night from Kiukiang in a motor-sampan.
