Ordinary non-registered letters for Europe will be accepted for transmission by the Air Service of the Eurasia Aviation Corporation leav ing Shanghai on Sundays for Manchouli, and onwarda by the Trans- Siberian Railway.
The extra fee for the Air Servico transmission is 30 cents for each haif ounce or fraction thereo. This is in addition to the regular postage via Siberia.
A saving of 4-5 days is expected but no guarantee can be given.
