CHARGES AGAINST SHOP EMPLOYEE FAIL.
Accepting the story of the de- fence, Mr. Willams, at the Ceutral Police Court yesterday afternoon, discharged a Chinese, who appeared before him on charges of stealing stationery requisites and also of embezzlement of $72.59.
