HARBOUR MISHAP.
MAN MISSING FROM A CAPSIZED BOAT.
One man is feared to have been drowned as a result of a mishap in the harbour at about 8 o'clock this morning when heavy caitsed the sinking of a cargo- ! bont, which was carrying a loud of sand.

It appears that the cargo-boat launch, Kwong Fat, and when near was being towed by the steam!
the rescue tug, Kausing, the cargo boat sank. There were five men on the boat, all being rescued by the launch with the exception of a youth, who is missing and is be- ileved to have been drowned. was only 18 years of age.
