Divisions, If numbering the same as last year, be split up into sections, so that it would not be nece sary for the Clubs to play twice in the one week. At the clone of the programme, the leaders of each sec tion would play off for the title of the Divizion, with the losers to be regarded as runners-up.
Consequent upon this, Mr. II. J. Armstrong suggested that in view of May and June being wet months, the League programme would not start until July, thus enabling the later tennis to be played in the cooler weather.
