CONSPIRACY ALLEGED MONEY OBTAINED

BY CREDITOR,

DEBTOR DENIES INTEREST IN PROPERTY OR FIRMS,

An allegation that friends and relatives had conspired together to support the bankruptcy, with the object of defeating creditors, was made against a debtor by a cre- ditor in the Bankruptcy Court yesterday afternoon, before the Acting Chief Justico (Mr. Justice Wood).

Agasaiz) that the matter was adjourned because there was a suggestion that Messrs. Dencona might be interested in the case, but they were now no longer in- terested.
