On the occasion of the thirteenth anniversary of the Finnish Republic, a reception was held in Shanghai, at the Consulate-General for Finland. There was a large attendance of diplomatic. consular, and Chinese nationals, who honoured the toast given to the Republic of Finland by Mr. K. G. Wahamaki, Charge d'Affaires.
