The report of the closure of the) Vladivostock branch of the Bank) of Koren has been confirmed. It is authoritatively stated that all the books, documents and valu- ables of the bank have been plac- ed under seal and the bank order- od to pay 2,600,000 roubles dutlen for the past three years.

The closure follows the enfure- ed examination of the bank's books last summer, when the Soviet ne- cused the bank olñeials of carrying! on legal exchange transactions.
