Wuchow, Oct. 2. Conditions in the city of Nana ving, which has now been under

siege for several months, are going rapidly from bad to worse. Further appalling stories of the terrible sufferings experienced by the now depleted population and the defending troops are related by another batch of refugees, who have just arrived from Nanning.
