An impressive visitor from England, the giant dirigible R-100 is shown here moored at St. Huber Airport, Montreal, after her arrival in the Canadian matropolis. The great air-liner reached port after completing her 3228-mile maiden voyage across the Atlantic in less than 78 hours.

Members of Rumania's turbulent royal family here are pictured together for the first time since the prodigal King Carol's return to the throne. Leaving Bucharest church- after an anniversary requiem in memory of the late King Ferdinand, the new monarch is shown at the right, in the foreground. At the left is the Dowager Queen Marie, and behind her, Queen Helene.
