How to Beautify Them.
...A fact not generally known, ex- cept amongst beauty, specialists, is that the condition of one's arms discloses one's age almost as sure y as the lines and wrinkles on one's face.
Unless they are given special attention, they "fall" from wrist to elbow, and form, an ugly little hollow on the other side, and somo- gooseflesh appears,

Every woman should give her arms a beautifying treatment at least three times a week.
