Capt. Morgan, a horny handed old salt. has been sailing into the four corners of the earth and over the seven seas since he was a boy and admits that bringing a trawler from Aberdeen to Vladivostock is the toughest job he has handled

for years.

It was on May 15 that the trawler, which so far is unnamed salled out of Aberdeen, and all went smooth ly through the Bay of Biscay and the Mediterranean. They passed through the scorching Red Sea during the hottest part of the year, and like most sailors, Capt. Morgan describes this section of the trip as "hellish,"

Out into the Indian Ocean they came and with a south-west mon- soon hitting them with gale force and tremendous seas threatening to engulf the tiny craft, Capt. Morgan says it did everything but capsize. For nine days it bobbed up and down on the mountainous waves in the teeth of the

All the trawlers that are coming out will carry no cargo except that their fish tanks will be the bunkers in which their coal will be stored. Messrs. Gilman and Co. are the local agents.
