Roast Veal and Ham, Potatoes, Scarlet Runners, Rice Pudding, Stewed Pears.
"Regulo" Setting Mark 7. Time 1 Hour 30 Minutes.
3 lbs. loin of veal placed in meat tin with 24ibs. ham, the latter previously soaked in cold water for 12 hours and covered with paste made of flour" and water,
11⁄2 lbs. potatoes peeled, cut in halves and cooked in tip with the meat.

2 lbs. scarlet runners.
2 ozs. butter.
Salt.
