Boil pint of milk,' strain in the gelatine, and cool while stirring. When Dearly cold add the raspberry puree and the juice of lemon. Mix well and, if necessary, colour with cochineal or carmine. Whippint of eren and stir it in lightly. Put into a mould rinsed out in cold water, and leave until æt
