The destination of the Champion- abip honours of the second Division was decided on Saturday when the Hongkong Cricket Club, the holders, met the Indian R.C. and won con- vincingly by six wickets. In the first division the decision was reversed, the Indian R.C. senior team beating the II.K.C.C. by eleven runs.

The First Division match was very close affair. The Indians, who the advantage of playing OD home ground, batted first and were all dismissed for 122 runs. Madar and A. R. The Hongkong Cricket Club seconds made sure of their match with the Indian R.C., winning by the broad margin of six wickets. The town team, playing at home, had no difficulty in dismissing their oppon- ents, the visitors' total reaching but 68 runs. With such a paltry score before them the Club batsmen made light of the task and won by six wickets, thus retaining the Champion- ship. Scores:

Good work by the Sterling forwarda took play to the other end, but the Sandwich backs cleared before shoot- ing distance was reached. Sandwich thereafter penned the Sterling in their own half, but Darrell was very safe in goal and cleared a number of good shots,
