The French Club in Shanghai was the scene of a large dinner party in honour of the Prince Frederick during the Danish Royal visit. Members of the Danish Society of Shanghai were hosts at the dinner and the effective decorations, with the flag of the nation prominently displayed, wore a feature of the occasion.
