In presenting the annual report, the chairman said:

On St. David's Day telegraphic messages of fellowship were ex- changed with the Shanghai St. David's Society. A wreath was) laid at the Cenotaph by the Pro sident, in the presence of several membora of the Society.

I think that we were very for- tunate, in haying Mr. Price to deal with this matler and bring it to such a nice termination.
