In view of the preval- ence of amall-pox cases in the Colony, will the Hend of the Sanitary Department state, for the Information of the public, whether or not it is the fact that a piffent| suffering from small-pox can ha treated in his own home and is not subject, to compulsory removal to the small-pox or any other houpi- tal, if only the following condi 1lons are complied with:

(a) That the case is forthwith notified to the Medical Oficer of Health alther directly or through the Public Dispensaries.
