The Hague, Jun. 3. The Chancellor of the Exche quer, Mr. Philip Snowden, and the President of the Board of Trade. Mr. William Graham, the chief British delegates at the adjourned Reparations Conference, arrived at the Hague this morning.

place this evening, and will be an upen session preceded by a private meeting of delegates of the six inviting Powers to consider the question of procedure.
