POOR BIDDING FOR ONE KOWLOON LOT.

There was a comparatively small attendance of buyers t yesterday's sale of Crown Land at the Crown Lands Office of the I.W.D.

The lot offered was described as Kowloon Inland Lot No, 2290, comprising about 12,500 square feet. It is situated opposite Kow- loon Inland Lot Ne, 1727.at Mong Kok Tsui and has a yearly rental of $144. The land was sold for the usual term of 75 years, with the option of renewal for a fur- ther 75 years at the conclusion of the first period.
