The proposal ventured by Mr. Arthur Henderson, on behalf of the British delegation to the September Assembly of the League of Nations, that the Covenant of the League should be amended so na to bring it into harmony with the Kellogg Pact; will be brought up at the meeting of the League Council, which is opening on January 13th, 1930.
The Council will be asked to appoint a Committee of eleven members to report on the change in the Covenant necessary achieve the purpose outlined.
