The aftermath of religious warfare in Palestine is portrayed in these remarkable pictures. Lower right are seen members of three generations of one family of Jews-grandfather, mother and son-after wounds which they received at the hands or a Moslem moh had been treated. The devastated interior of a Jewish house in Talpioth, wrecked by a bomb and ransacked by Arab rioters, is pictured lower loft. Upper left you see Arabs being searched for forbidden weapons.

nenberg that the Russians wore routed during the World War.
