The match arranged between the R.A.M.C., and H.Q Wing of the Somersets had to be again postponed, this time owing to a mis-understand- ing as to the ground on which, it was to be played. The R.A.M.C. team arrived at the Chatham Road ground, instead of at Sookunpoo, as was an nounced in yesterday's Morning Posti.

At Chatham Road, however, "C" Company, S.L.L lost to "B" Company, K.O.S.B. by three goals to one. The football rarely reached a high level in the first half, though the Borderers managed to net two goals through Cook and Mills, the latter putting in vary slow shot following a meleo in front of the Somerset goal....

The second half showed the Somer aats more in the picture, though a stubborn defence prevented them penetrating into a dangerous position. Evett made some good runs down the left wing for the Somersets, but -his centres could not be accepted." The Ordnance were handicapped during the greater part of the game by the absence of Lieut. Mockler, who retired once with an injury to his knee, but had to be. carried off shortly after pluckily resuming.
