REVENUE SHOWS AN EXCESS OVER EXPENDITURE.
INTERESTING FIGURES.
The report for 1928 of Mr. Baker, the Manager and Chief Engineer of the Kowloon-Canton Railway, which has just been Issued, records a notable improve- ment in the fortunes of the rall ways. Whereas in 1924 and in 1925 the net loss approached $100,000 and in 1926 exceeded that Agure, last year showed an execes of revenue over expenditure of over $20,000.
