London, May 6. ' Dr. Hugh Windsor Bell, aged 42, and his wife, Henrietta Constance Mowbray Bell, aged 34, of Onkley- street, Chelsea, S. W., appeared ngala at Marylebone Police Court on Saturday. charged with the manslaughter of Miss Kathleen Alexandra Kelly, aged 22, of Holland Park-avenue, Notting Hall, W., who is alleged to having died in a nursing home following an operation in a Kensal Ries house.
The Magistrate, Mr. Hay Hal- kott, decided to discharge Mrs. Beil, but remanded Dr. Bell until Lo-morrow.
