general meeting of shareholders of the Hongkong Tug and Lighter Company, Ltd., which followed the fifth annual general meeting of the Company this morning, it was unanimously decided that the Company be voluntarily liquidated. The Chairman stated that the year's working had shown a further love of $27,356.45, and the notice to shareholders stated that the total debit blanace for the year amounted to $258,882.78.
