I well remember Mr. J. T. C. Moore-Brabazon (now 'Lieut.. Colonel J. T. C. Moore-Brabazon, M.P.) making a flight on an aero- plane named The Bird of Passage at Leysdown, Isle of Sheppey, in the early part of 1909.
