THE BISHOP'S POINTS. The annual meeting of the Victoria Diocesan Association, hold yesterday at the Cathedral Hall, approved of a resolullen proposing the amalgamation of the Victorin Diocesan Association with the Church Missionary Asso-
ciation.

(3) To call forth prayer and gifts for the Diocese, but, in a single sentence, we may say that its aim has been to foster the work of this Diocese as a whole and to promote a Diocesan spirit among us. And I want now to try to show that it has, in a real measure, effectively discharged this purpose.
What then has the V.D.A. done for the Diocene? It has helped to promote a Diocesan spirit and diocesan work in the following
