PRINCESS MARY THROWN.

NARROW ESCAPE IN HUNTING FIELD.

London, Jan. 18. While out with the Bramham Moor (Yorkshire) Foxhounds; Princess Mary had a lucky cacapo when her horse fell on boggy ground.

The hounds were at the far alde

of Gateforth Wood, and the Prin- cess, and two members, of the Hunt were some distance behind. As Princess Mary was riding over bogoy ground her horse floundered and fell. Luckily it rolled away from the Princess, who was thrown some distance.

Had her horse rolled the opposite way the Princess would have been under the animal and seriously hurt.

She rolled into the path of one of the followers' horses, and he had
